Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for referring new clients to Horsley Software LLC. Below are the full terms and conditions for our referral program.

1. Eligibility

• Anyone may participate — including clients, friends, family, or local business owners.
• No signup is required to refer someone, but the referrer must be clearly identified by the referred client at the time of contact.

2. What Qualifies as a Referral

• The referred client must not be an existing customer or previously in contact with Horsley Software LLC.
• The referred client must sign a new paid website or marketing project agreement valued at $1,500 or more.
• The referral must result in a signed agreement and deposit payment within 60 days of the introduction.

3. Reward Details

• The referrer will receive a $100 gift card (digital or physical) once the referred client pays their initial deposit and work begins. Horsley Software LLC reserves the right to delay or withhold the reward if the referred project is canceled, significantly delayed, or fails to meet the minimum project value of $1,500.
• Rewards are typically issued within 14 days of project kickoff.
• Only one reward is issued per referred business. If multiple people refer the same business, the reward goes to the person first named by the client.

4. Limitations

• No reward is given for leads that do not result in a paid project.
• Referrals from the same household or self-referrals are not eligible.

5. Payment & Taxes

• Rewards are issued via Visa gift card, Amazon gift card, or other equivalent as determined by Horsley Software LLC.
• Participants are responsible for any tax reporting required by local law.

6. Program Changes

• Horsley Software LLC reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel this referral program at any time, for any reason.
• Any valid referrals made before a change will still be honored.
