Our Team

Horsley Software LLC. was founded in 2023 by Evan Horsley. Evan has worked as a Software Engineer in the industry for over 5 years, building large enterprise-grade websites. As his passion grew, Evan decided to turn passion into business. Now, Evan strives to become one of the top web development firms in Cincinnati.

Currently, Evan is the only official team member. But there are two other members that unofficially make up the team as well: Gena, Evan’s wife, and his son Noah. These two keep Horsley Software moving behind the scenes, and what we do would not be possible without them!
