Terms and Conditions for Limited-Time Website Offer

Effective Date: August 8, 2024

Thank you for your interest in our limited-time website development offer. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Overview

  • This offer is valid for the next five (5) customers who sign up for a basic website package at a special rate of $1,000.
  • The $1,000 fee covers the design and development of a basic website with up to five (5) pages. The pages included in this package are:
    • Home Page
    • About Page
    • Contact Page
    • Two (2) additional flexible pages (you may choose the titles and content of these pages).

2. Hosting and Maintenance Requirement

  • This offer is contingent upon the customer utilizing our hosting and maintenance services.
  • The hosting and maintenance services are billed at $20 per month.
  • This fee does not include the cost of domain name registration, which is billed separately on a yearly basis or can be spread into monthly payments.

3. Exclusions

  • The $1,000 fee does not include:
    • Domain Name Registration: You are responsible for purchasing and renewing your domain name.
    • Additional Features: Any custom features, functionalities, or additional pages beyond the initial five (5) will be subject to extra fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all content, including text, images, logos, and any other media to be used on the website.
  • Content must be provided within the agreed timeline to avoid delays in the project.

5. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to the first five (5) customers who sign a website development agreement and make the required initial payment.
  • This offer is limited to new customers only. Existing customers or those who have previously engaged our services are not eligible.

6. Scope of Work

  • The website will be built using a standard design template customized to your brand and content.
  • Any additional features, functionalities, or pages beyond the initial five (5) will be subject to additional fees.

7. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit ($500) is required to begin work on your website.
  • The remaining balance of $500 is due upon completion and before the website is made live.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Timeline

  • The project timeline will be agreed upon at the time of contract signing. Delays in providing necessary content or approvals may result in timeline adjustments.

9. Revisions

  • Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the $1,000 package.
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope of the original agreement will incur extra charges.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the design and content of your website. However, we retain the right to use the website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If you terminate the agreement before completion, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.

    • 12. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, USA.

    13. Changes to Terms

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future agreements.

    14. Acceptance of Terms

    • By signing up for this offer and making the initial payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
